Check-in and check-out
With us, the easiest time to check in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM when we are on hand at the reception. If you need to arrive later, just call before 6:00 PM and we will arrange it. Also, please let us know if you want to arrive earlier and drop off luggage or similar.

 

Check-out is at 11:00, but for those who want to stay in Vadstena over the day, there is the possibility to leave luggage and have your car parked.

Breakfast is served every day between 08-10.

 

If you have to cancel
We would like you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your reservation and need to cancel. You can cancel your room 7 (seven) days before arrival without being charged.

 

If you have received a quote for your accommodation, the terms and conditions stated in the quote apply.

 

Disability and allergy
If you have any disabilities or allergies, please contact us. We are happy to answer questions and help with what is needed. The accommodation is accessible as far as possible, taking into account the cultural and historical values.

 

Pets
Out of consideration for people with allergies and the sensitive surfaces in our old buildings, pets are unfortunately not allowed with us.

 

Our handling of personal data

When booking, we collect contact information in the form of name, address, telephone number and email address. An email will be sent a few days before your stay to remind you and inform you about current offers.

All personal data will be deleted no later than two years after your stay. If you have any objections to this processing and, for example, would like your data to be deleted earlier, you are welcome to contact us at info@hotelldahlstromskagarden.se , or call 0143-100 23. You also have the right to request at any time what information we have saved about you.
